1. Services Provided
1.1 Our massage salon provides various massage therapy services for relaxation and wellness purposes. Our services are provided to adults over the age of eighteen (18) years. By proceeding to purchase through our website, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age.
1.2 Our therapists are certified professionals who are trained in providing high-quality massage treatments.
1.3 We reserve the right to modify, change, or discontinue any service or treatment at any time without prior notice.
2. Appointments, Cancellations and Refunds
2.1 Most appointments can be made through our website, by phone, or in person at our salon. Voucher/cash bookings cannot be made on our website - phone or email us to
request an appointment time.
2.2 We require a valid credit card or prepayment to secure your appointment.
2.3 Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in a cancellation fee.
2.4 If you arrive late for your appointment, we may need to reduce the duration of your treatment to accommodate other scheduled clients.
2.5 Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
2.6 E-Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other offer.
3. Health Considerations
3.1 It is your responsibility to inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your ability to receive massage therapy.
3.2 If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or are under medical treatment, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before booking an appointment.
3.3 We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who, in our professional opinion, presents an unsafe or unsuitable condition for treatment.
4. Privacy and Confidentiality
4.1 We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.
4.2 All client information and records will be kept confidential, except as required by law.
5. Payment and Pricing
5.1 All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST. We endeavor to ensure that our price list is current. Our price list can be accessed from our home page, and we reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. If you have placed an order, we reserve the right to cancel your order should our prices change.
5.2 Payment for bookings made on our website are processed instantly. Manual bookings are payable upon completion of your treatment. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, vouchers and other electronic forms of payment. If paying by cash or voucher, do not book on our website - phone or email our team.
5.3 Prices for services are subject to change without prior notice. The prices displayed on our website or communicated to you at the time of booking will be honoured.
6. Liability
6.1 Our massage salon and therapists shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during or as a result of your use of our services.
6.2 You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, actions, or liabilities arising out of your use of our services.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and graphics, is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be used without our prior written consent.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
